We just received an official-looking document with our Colorado corporate ID number in the title asking for $225 to file our periodic report.
The letter has a due date of April 15 and includes a couple of paragraphs of information about state requirements for filing and warnings about consequences of not filing.
We didn’t find anything inaccurate in the letter but wanted to be sure that you understand that you can file an annual periodic report for your business online in just a few minutes. The cost is $10.
